Yes. Once you receive your membership confirmation and CTCM US Address, you are ready to start! We will immediately begin accepting all of your packages. All of your shipments must include the address of the CTCM Facility and your suite number. Packages shipped with an incomplete or incorrect address may cause delays.
CTCM Express will issue you with a complete street address with a unique suite number.

Dimensional weight is used when packages are large in volume and low in weight and is calculated on each shipment. The greater of the two will determine your shipping cost. Example: A package containing tissue paper is 23” in height 17” in width and 14” in length and the actual weight is 3 lbs. When calculated (LxWxH/139) the dimensional weight is (40lbs) which is greater than the actual weight (3lbs). Hence the chargeable weight will be the dimensional weight.
